B-25 flight and unfortunate ending. :( CRASH
Not my plane but I edited the video. Nitro Models B-25 ARF converted to electric (info on video). Has flown a few times without incident. Flies awesome with enormous amount of power and slows down nice for docile scale flying. In this takeoff something happened to the left motor when pushed to full-throttle just after the wheels lifted off. Pilot tried to stay with it but to no avail. Not quite re-kitted but definately need a few hours of re-build. I flew the first flight in the morning and it had unbelievable vertical and power. Sad ending but the sound-track says it all. We build 'em to fly 'em and sometimes you need to accept the fact they don't always come home!!

I had that happen …
I had that happen to me with a model of a B29 my grandfather built. I flew it a good couple of dozen times prior to the 'indicdnt' but it had sat all winter. Right after takeoff the wind kicked up and the plane shot straight up so we kicked the throttle down.
This being a gas plane we think that either 2 or 3 engines flooded on us when we went to full and cut out. We could barely keep it in the air on just on or two motors and it pulled to the right really bad. Anyways it didn't come home.
