Flushing Meadow - RC Plane - On-board Video Camera
After flying at Kissena, I found a field at Flushing Meadows that I could take off from. It had started off as a very calm morning. By the time I had gotten to this field I didn't even realize how windy it was. I love a challenge though. When I got home and heard the weather report, there were gusts to 24 mph. One day soon I want to fly a little further north in this park. I've been scoping a field on the satellite images at Map-Quest.
