RC aeroplane - Aerial photography - London, UK
An 80" span piper cub, converted to AXI Brushless - lipo power - uses a Canon EOS 400D DSLR to take hi resolution stills - and a wireless video camera to let me see what the camera is seeing. visit www.pelicanstudios.co.uk/pelicam for more info, sample images & video taken using this plane.

One more thing; I remember when I was in Miami, in January; seeing some advertisments for aerial photography for real estate purposes, the photos being taken from a helicopter, and in N.S.W. an associate of mine showed me estate photos, which he took from a small plane - one could see the aircraft wing in some photos.
Very expensive he said.

Hi del-boy, this shoot was for a client, we where shooting stills and I shot this video as I had spare battery charge left. Permission to take off and land was from the clients land, no air trafic controll clearance needed if kept under 400 feet near airport, Airplane is electric and is almost silent in opperation (most noise from take off! but compared to a .90 sized 2 stroke glow engine this is plane is alot quieter than an electric lawn mower!
