Yeah. I've seen too many of those videos as well so I paid particular attention to not doing that. No wind + high exponential + long slow turns is the key for me.

yo i just wanted to say that im a pilot of rc planes and i thaught that this vidio was very good because your flying was very smooth and u can c very well. alot of on borard vidios i have watched the pilot turns so fast u cant even see good job!

Its a 'disposable' …
Its a 'disposable' video camera (you're supposed to shoot 20 minutes of film, then give it back to them to process it. You get a DVD disc with your 20 minutes of video on it.) made by Pure Digital and sold (or rented actually) at CVS for $30. I modified it so that I can plug it into the computer via USB cable to get the video onto my computer.
