Hi! It is a good 1st plane for many reasons: high wing, tricycle landing gear, 4 channel radio system, comes ready to fly (even includes charger for the battery… takes about 2 hours to charge). Assembly is minimal and very simple as the plane comes almost completely prebuilt/assembled.

It's a good trainer …
It's a good trainer because as you see, you're learning with a fully functional 4 channel plane - even has steerable nose gear. 2 or 3 channel models can actually make the plane more difficult to fly and limit the control you have over the plane. Aside from that, it's a Cessna = looks good in the air -=)
