How to rekit an airplane…….
Well the planes been retrieved from the tree with the help of some very nice people there….who actually climbed the tree for us….lesson learnt,"you should practice climbing trees if u wanna fly model airplanes and always keep a long rope or a long and strong string so that when u get on the tree u can tie the rope to the model's landing gear and gently lower it from the tree" well anyway there was absolutely no damage to the plane and we decided to fly it again this time we had a crosswind blowing and since the ground had bumps and lumps,it kinda knocked off the tailwheel tracking and it stopped tracking straight and the crosswind was blowing from left to right so it hit the fin swinging the tail to the right and turning the plane to the left these were 2 factors in addition to the propwash that hits the fins and makes a plane turn to the left on take off which has to be compensated with some right rudder.. so we got a pretty wierd ground roll on the take off……and before I could understand that the tailwheel wasnt tracking straight,I had pulled the elevator stick and the plane was in the air… it seems like an underpowered take off… I have had faster and better rate of climbs than the one shown in the video with that plane….i guess may be when it flew into the tree the high speed needle in the engine turned and went a bit rich due to impact or the person who brought the plane down from the tree touched the needle while tieing the rope to it,not sure though……anyway i got a bit confused with which way to move the sticks and moves the aileron stick towards the tail which made the plane turn away from me and increased the bank instead of leveling the wings…should have moved the stick towards the nose to level the plane….lesson learnt," think before u act…its a damn trainer if u neutral the sticks it will come back to level flight by itself",I have done it before, got confused and screwed up this time and rekitted the plane….P.S. On second thought I think I pulled the elevator stick too early.
