Mounting this mechanism-which is tehe same as F1A gliders have-is optional. The timing device that controls landing also controls the Angle-Of-Attack of the tail. When launching the trailing edge of the tail is much lower than the leading edge (very low angle of attack). Also watch the F1E videos uploaded by filokus.

I myself design and …
I myself design and build my models based on existing airfoils. Their wings and stabilizers are made of balsa, pine and laminated wood but the fuselage is a Carbon-Kevlar composite conical tube.
I have some second and third places on National and Budapest Championships and a Budapest Champion title. Once I was second between the juniors on a World Cup in Austria. I was a member of the junior Hungarian team on the W. Championship in Slovakia in 1999, and of the adult team in Poland in 2001.

One more question.. …
One more question… is there any kind of mecanism that automaticly corrects the angle of the tail, cause they throw it realy hard and they just correct their flight insted of loosing speed and falling back down.

We launch these …
We launch these gliders from the top of a hill. There are five flight rounds. A maximum flight time (usually 3, 4 or 5 mins) is declared when starting each round. Timekeepers measure the time and register how much the model flies in percentage of the maximum time. After the end of the contest, these percentages are added together. In case of equality with a fellow sportsman, we fly flyoffs.
