Flying my LA Flyer 40! Part 2

Went out to fly my LA flyer for the second time, still have some practicing to do, but getting much better. It was incredebly windy I was able to land at almost dead stop. I had two near misses, my engine cut off going downwind and I coudn't turn it around, my wing smacked into a stop sign with a loud metallic bang and luckly it just bent, people was saying about how lucky I was. A second time I was really low alt and my engine cut out again, and it was heading directly towards a group of concrete poles coming out of the ground, I rushed it towards the street, and it bounced, I jumped out with the radio in one hand and grabed the plane by the wing root, then everyone was all like "good catch". The plane looks fast, but it can be much faster, the engine would shut off whenever I would go over 50% throttle, and I was running a low pitch 11×4 prop, and i can run an 11×8 on it.
