Pong Two RC Plane Powered by Cox .09
This video shows a few construction pics and a short flying clip of my Cox .09 powered Pong Two. This plane was designed for .049 power(see vids of my yellow one) but I installed a 1.5 oz fuel tank in the fuselage and mounted a Cox Medallion .09 up front with a custom head machined for standard glow plugs. This plane is much faster and more powerful than the .049 version. I love the loud, raspy sound of Cox .09s in flight! Very fun and simple plane to fly.

This particular engine came in a cigar box full of Cox "junk" I found at a RC fly-in/swap meet. It had never been run. The Medallion and TD .09s can still be found on that big auction site online. Cox also made .010s(tiny, see my other vids), .020s, .051s, .074s, and .15s.
