not bad but add … not bad but add some lead weights in the bildge area under the shaft for more stability, mine is a 10:4 scale. its a model after a 40ft fishing boat every 10ft=1ft on model. but i wore out my first motor last year and am getting a 13,000+ rpm 12 volt motor and a new shaft, it should go any were from 6-12 mph with a new motor and shaft, btw my old motor didnt even rev 6000 rpm
Don't worry. This … Don't worry. This boat has been travelling on the same pond for over ten years without trouble and have had a few engines replaced due to wore out. This is a Metcalf Mouldings ( K.D.B.WASPADA. P.O.2.)hull - 1:32 scale length 46" Beam " superstructure is built from light Aluminum.
hate to burst your … hate to burst your bubble but you made it way to narrow, narrow for speed but you lost alot of stability. ur boast would be sunk in the waves and wind i put mine through. i put it through about 30mph gusting to 45 mph and never lost it and the waves 2 feet and the rails on my boat are only 3 INCHES ABOVE THE WATER LINE, sure water went on to the deck and btw i had my rc boat standing on the stern and never flipped it, i would like you to do that and not lose urs.
