RC plane water bomb drop system

Neben Show- und Kameraflug und F-Schlepp habe ich jetzt noch einen weiteren Einsatzzweck für meine Christen Husky gefunden: Das 2,3m-Modell mit 6,7kg Abfluggewicht und 1,9PS-Motor OS FT120 soll künftig Wasserbomben in die Luft befördern und abwerfen!
Dafür habe ich eine vollständig abmontierbare Transport- und Abwurfeinrichtung entwickelt, die in diesem Video beschrieben wird.
Alles in Allem wiegt das ganze ca. 750g, das sind dann 11% mehr Abfluggewicht; mit dem kräftigen Motor sollte dies aber kein Problem sein.
Das System ist gerade erst funktionsfertig, muss aber noch etwas bearbeitet werden. Eine Demonstration aus der Luft wird wahrscheinlich bald folgen.

For those, who are not familiar with the German languane:
The newest purpose of my Christen Husky RC plane will be dropping water bombs.
For that I developed a modular carry- and drop-system which is completely removable from the plane to not disturb its nice scale appearance.
And so it works:
A double string of wire is spanned between two tags, one of them can be remotely opened. The strings sqeeze the water bomb onto a little board and release it when the tag opens. The most difficult problem of that simple construction was that the bombs tended to fall out during the shaky takeoff run with the rubber bands I used before. So I had to replace them.
All in all the stuffs weight is around 750g, thats 11% more load, but with that powerful engine this shouldn't be a problem.
The system isn't finished yet, but I think I'll post an air-demo video soon.
