i have the nitro version of this same boat and the electric gets out of the water quicker but i think that the nitro will beat it in top speed, mine has a larger engine in it to so. awesome vid tho. Cheers!!

watched your video many times, seems the 700sc has more punch than the graupner700 8.4 volt.
I have pretty much same boat but am using gp3300 x 16 cells, do not go by my video as I was trying a 9.6 volt graupner.

Try a new receiver, when they get wet or bad connections they tend to do what they want. same problem I had, a new receiver and is good to go.

I have that same boat but i have a lot of problems with it, every time i try to drive it i turn it on and it goes insane, i have no control of it whatsoever, it stops when it crashes into something, then i have to go retreave it. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

I just saw your vid it looks pretty fast.I just did up an aquajet and i run it on 18 x 3300nmh batts with 12v 800turbo motor in it and a 42mm octura prop. It goes fast too but it doesnt turn too well at speeds so im still working on a deep turn fin

i have the nitro version with an upgraded .18 cen engine. its not tough to run if ur mechanically inclined, just some fuel, after run oil and glow plug charger. i love it.

nope… no jet drive all prop. it planes out pretty quick because its a swallow v.

Is that a jet drive electric. I have the bud nitro but I never seen a V go so fast like this one. Your title says " Aqua Jet" so I would assume this is a Jet drive. I also believe your loading up the impeller with water before you go in the beginning of the video so I would assume it is a Jet. That is really cool.

dont buy any metal …
dont buy any metal props but aluminum other metals are heavy so you'd better have really torky motors i have a hammer rtr with a 5000mah. bat. pack and an aluminum prop it goes 30! dont buy an extremely wide prop set either keep it in the middle to higher but not to high diameter zone

I bought a nitro rc racecar it did 60+ I could not control the little bastred, It would never idle ether i tryed many things to to the carb. i just sold the damb thing know i have a rc electric boat with twin props, i want to upgrade the two motors & and props, know i'am runing plastic props. Does it make a diffarents metle or copper, The plastic I'am sure it flexes with the high speed, Any info would helptswould help. thanks

The nitor version is suposed to go 30 MPH.
The nitro version has a lot of stuf you need to keep it running right and a lot od stuf to keep it in top condition.
