RC Maiden Flight Disaster $7,000.00 Loss.
Maiden flight disaster of the ELAN Boomerang RC Jet. Total Destruction from High Speed Impact and Explosion Fire. The cause was determined to be the new JR Spektrum 2.4Ghz Radio Receiver with a lock-out loss of signal attributed to a voltage problem. This is called Infant Mortality, electronics will fail with-in the first half hour of usage if it will fail at all. This project plane cost $7,000.00 to build.
