One major mistake.. … One major mistake….the wing has no dihedral. With rudder control you have to have dihedreal or it will slice in a turn and you will loose control. If you want to keep the flat wing like you have….simply add some ailerons and just use hinge tape. Easily done….

Well done but it … Well done but it won't steer unless it has dihedral on the wings as you need this if using rudder steering. It is true as I found out when I straightened the wing joiner on a glider, bunged it if a huge hill and - no steering, just big yaw. Fit ailerons to it before flight.
