instead of hooking …
instead of hooking that up to a tv can you hook it up directly to a laptop using a dvc100 capture software through windows movie maker? I have a 2.4g wirless cam that works in it but when you move it you lose the picture so I'm wondering if this will work?

Does the kit you …
Does the kit you showed us have the ability to pan and tilt or is it upgradeable to that function, and can OSD (on screen display) of GPS flight data be incorporated? Is this kit average as far as range goes? I'd like to get some good distance on these flights. Thanks a lot for your detailed explanations in this video. I'm looking forward to your answers.

I went with 900 Mhz …
I went with 900 Mhz 500MW. The dealer never replied so I purchased the Xmtr from a different supplier. Now the range of the video will reach further than the RC radio. I'll have to figure a way around that problem. I put an OSD with GPS that helps a lot.
Thanks for reply.

It is well known in …
It is well known in the FPV forums that 2.4 RC and 2.4 video do not mix!

Even though 2.4 is supposed to be "bullet-proof", the signals eventually overwhelm each other, with disasterous results.

SgtRic58 @ 12:00 am

NO, the gyro is for …
NO, the gyro is for mounting on your head and it controls the movement of the servos.

I am sure that is what you meant when you said "heading-hold", 'cuz that has a gyro inside it, and I guess you didn't realize it.

jwalkermsg5566 @ 12:00 am

Thanks, thats what …
Thanks, thats what I thought… I have a Futuba 2.4 7C that I think is being recalled because a lot of them slipped through without an individual ID # i.e. anyone else at the field with the same system will cause me to lose control. They are being recalled in Germany now. I hope to get better range with the 900 mhz system.

lvsupertech @ 12:00 am

I would go with the …
I would go with the 900 MHZ video system. If you go with both in the 2.4 GHZ chances are you could lose video feed and or control of aircraft. both 2.4 could cross talk. Interfere with one another.

jwalkermsg5566 @ 12:00 am

Has anyone tried …
Has anyone tried using the 2.4 rc system and the 2.4 video system together ? Any problems ?
I would think the video xmtr would wipe out any signal to the 2.4 plane receiver.

jwalkermsg5566 @ 12:00 am

there are a lot of …
there are a lot of videos shot using the Easy Star. It seems to hold quite a load.

jwalkermsg5566 @ 12:00 am

You can buy a …
You can buy a heading hold control that will work 2 servos through your transmitter buddy box plug. As you turn your head the cam will follow. A gyro wouldn't be much value it would hold the camera or plane in one direction.

Mandorelian7 @ 12:00 am

do you have gyro …
do you have gyro system to control the camera? cause i want to learn where i can get one for my Zero.
