What kind of problems are you having?
what battery are you using, the stock battery that came with the SSEP is not the best and I found that it didn't have to punch to get the plane up to speed without a long runout on take off so we all went to 8 cells. 2000mah or more I also fly with a 3600 mah battlepack and a 9.7 prop and she dose just fine
also make sure that your takeoff are into the wind, it could be a number of things also check you CG

i have a superstar and i have yet to get it up in the air does anyone have any tips to help me in my takeoffs?
