Landing Gear Failure Emergency Landing
This Giant Scale warbird took off magestically but when approaching for landing, the landing gear would not come out. The pilot landed the aiplane on the runway without landing gear.

he should have put …
he should have put the plane into a dive, then pulled up to force the gear out and lock it
he should have shut …
he should have shut down the engine. that would have helped to save the prop.and i do agree with iamnotpayinforthat, he should have put it down on the grass.

wouldnt you belly it down on the grass strip to the right of the runway??…would cause less damage than tarmac????….

FYI, do hard loops and it should pop out if you run into this again.

Not sure about FAA but the damage was minimal. Broke the prop and scraped the bottom. The pilot flew the plane same day after fixing the plane for couple of hours.
