Hmmm - undone by your own suggestion… "Thrust vectoring is the ability of an aircraft or other vehicle to direct the thrust from its main engine(s) in a direction other than parallel to the vehicle's longitudinal axis." Which is exactly what is going on here, dumbass. The fact it is a prop makes no difference whatsoever - thrust is thrust no matter how it's generated, and the V22 Osprey uses exactly the same principle with a prop on each end of the wing.
